This is a very big bag!

I gave this as a Christmas gift! and they loved it! This is a very big bag! very unique and stylish. I also got this in B1T1 deal. very great deal! my suggestion will be, they need to step up in terms of their customer service, especially for those first-timers who ordered from them.
