What can I say? It's straightforward, every item they produce is very classy.

I really thought na hindi ko mare-receive yung package since courier said na "out of coverage" yung address ko. I just want to commend Straightforwards' customer service for being in touch with their customers' orders.

Simple communication and they were able to mend the shipping issue in few days. I picked up my parcel with the correct courier's branch and I never regret doing it since it's their product (of course high quality).

I've been with them for almost two years and it's my second purchase of when it comes to footwear (statements bags are amazing too hahaha). This brand never failed to keep me amaze with their products. Kudos behind this great brand!
